POQUITO

1983 Restaurants opened Poquito in downtown Holland as an energetic, confident take on Spanish tapas. The playful hand-lettered logo and expressive color palette set the tone immediately, signaling a dining experience that was bold, creative, and a little unexpected. Everything about the brand matched what came out of the kitchen. Thoughtful, vibrant, and meant to be shared. While Poquito has since closed as the space has been reimagined into a new concept, the restaurant and its branding remain a standout moment for Holland. And yes, the Paella de Mariscos and Tomato Toast were must-orders.

WORDS

Aaron is the man! It was refreshing to work with an artist that gets my vision. All the while understanding how it affects the business of my business. Aaron's value to me was found through his ability to create a brand attached to a story that is told to each and every one of my guests.
